Because you think the World Wide Web and the Internet are the
same thing and that because you're posting to a Usenet newsgroup
with Outlook Express which has an 'edit' feature for e-mail that's
already been sent, that that ought to also work with newsgroup
posts even though it's never worked when sending mail to people
not using Outlook or Microsoft Exchange Server. But then you've
probably never realized that either.
