Highlight them, then click "who is". When the window pops up, you'll
see several buttons, one of them being "ignore". That's the one that
will add this user's ID to your ban-list. However, if the user is
trying to DL across Open Nap, it will only ban the user from one
specific server at a time. That is, you might see what appears to be
the same user trying to DL files in your lower transfer window. Not
infrequently, the user(s) will be trying to DL the same file, only one
user is "username[superbot]" while the other is
"usernet[skynetservers]". It's bad enough when these guys aren't
leeches - even though they're genuine sharers, they're still occupying
more than one DL slot at a time because the client software treats each
ID as a different ID, even though it's the same ID going through
different servers. These newbies can burn all of their own the
bandwidth if that's what they want, but this wastes everybody's time.
