Try this: Open Task Manager, Click on Processes, find explorer.exe. It will
likely be pegged out. End process. Go to Applications tab, New Task, select
explorer.exe from the Windows directory. Okay. Close task manager. When tray
reloads your tray icons will be gone but all your programs will still be
running. Reopen Task Manager and let it run. You'll se if CPU usage peaks
again when you try to load that file again. However, most of the time that
file will begin to run once CPU usage returns to normal.
