Don't know why your incoming folder comes back after you unshare it
(maybe a corrupted library.dat file? maybe the incompletes are in a
subfolder of a root folder you *do* share?), but try the following if
you want to not share your incompletes...
With WinMX closed, open the folder now used as your WinMX incoming
folder and move all of the incompletes from that folder to a new one
(maybe create an "Incoming" folder directly off your hard drive for that
purpose). Then open WinMX, go to Settings, File Transfers, hit the
"Change" button at the top right, locate the folder that your
incompletes have been moved to, click OK. Next, hit the "Load
Incomplete" button on the Transfers page. Once the incompletes are back
in the download pane, highlight all and reassign the AFS/AEQ values.
