Hmmm, another BJ.
Anyway, share your incoming folder, but make sure you share more
completed files.
Also, if you have incompletes which have not progressed in -say- a
month, it is probably better to delete them.

There are arguments against sharing incomplets, such as quality-checking
etc, but don't forget that incomplete large files (over 100mb total) are
pretty much essential for large files to propagate effectivley.
