Of course Anthony another good reason not to share partials is that some
traders won't trade if you do. The reason being is that we don't usually
start new d/ls from partials. I MIGHT but not normally. Hence the partials
are just noise that we have to sift through and the patience level of most
WinMX users partials or not is close to void.
