I don't personally trade much.
I don't see partials as noise to sort through - AFS does that for me.
I have had great success of the years beginning downloads from partials.
- It allows me to avoid the worst queues which are going to be on the
complete files.
If there are two sources for a file available, would you rather queue
for ever to start the complete one, or would you rather be downloading
the first 90% of the file while you are waiting in line for the last 10%?
My own shared partials are pretty popular too. - I just don't see it
working without partials for the kinds of stuff I collect and share
- there are two few sources and partials are a godsend.
