My WinMX sharing box is an old crash-and-burn W95 box
with 32M of RAM. As you might imagine, I run it as a
Secondary connection. Or did, until winmx disappeared
last month.

I see posts touting that some new mysterious (is it
open source?) 'patch' that works for all OSs (W98/ME...)
but W95 is not mentioned.

Even though it's an old crash-and-burn PC, it still
rubs me the wrong way to blindly trust some 'patch'.

So I guess if I want to resume sharing, I need a list
of addresses to add to my Hosts file. (Yeah, I know;
it'll need periodic manual updating... But if it points
my box to a Primary node, that should do it, right?)

Comments? Suggestions? URL of host file entries...?
