I smell a class action lawsuit against Sony/BMG:

A National Class Action legal firm named Green
Welling, LLP, who litigates on behalf of consumers,
is investigating Sony/BMG over their DRM rootkit.

They are asking anyone who purchased a Sony/BMG
disc since January 1, 2005, and used it in their Windows
