Very Simple.

1. Expand the file to a *.WAV file.
2. Open it with Windows' Sound Recorder.
3. Select "Effects" -> "Reverse".
4. Play back the reversed audio file.

Oh, BTW, have a couple Born-again Christians on hand to rebuke the evil
spirits that will come flying out of your computer :)
