I had a similar issue where it just stopped seeing my Devices. Was happily
writing CDRs for a week. Then I stopped. Came back to it about 3 weeks
later and Poof! gone was the writing capability.

I reisntalled it and all was well. I believe the issue is using additional
Add-ins. Try not to do that.
