Simple, Hatshepsut Chimichanga / !%&#$. Simply rename all your shared files
to something easily identifiable. For instance, include *this* text at the
start of each filename :
"IGNORE_THIS_FILE!_IT'S_MINE!_DON'T_SHARE!_"rest of filename . . . .

Now, with a simple glance, you'll be able to tell if you're looking at your
own files, or even downloading (and/or uploading) to yourself. Should you
still somehow manage to fuck things up, stick a fork, or other sharp
implement in your leg, which will teach you a lesson.
