When the primary you are connected to logs off, disconnects, shuts down,
etc., you loose YOUR connection, and have to establish a connection with a
new primary... When this happens your connection time starts over, along
with the possibility that most of the people in your queue will no longer
have access to your files now that you have a new primary...
