Easiest way to "eliminate" this would be to connect as a primary yourself.
Of course, in order to do this you would need a decent broadband connection,
and a fairly modern computer setup. Without either of these, you will be
doing both yourself and whomever connects to you an MAJOR disservice...

Aside from that, there really is nothing that you can do about it, except to
encourage people who don't plan on staying connected to the network for an
extended period of time, to connect as a Secondary instead of a Primary...
If Those that connected as Primaries stayed connected for long periods of
time, this type of problem would be minimized...
