FAVORITES VOLUME 1, and A PUP NAMED SCOOBY DOO: VOLUME 2:
ALF: SEASON TWO (reviewed by Aaron Bossig, overall score 86/100):
"I knew they'd be tugging the heartstrings, and that's okay. Unlike the
rest of the time, this furry little alien wasn't trying to comment on
things that us earthlings grasp naturally. He wasn't making Play-Doh dip
or eating shaving cream. ALF was trying to understand why bad things
happen to good people...and no one on this planet has that figured out
yet. This is a topic that makes us all feel like aliens."

DALLAS: THE COMPLETE THIRD SEASON (reviewed by Brett Cullum, overall
score 89/100):
"The third season of Dallas was the show's landmark season, when it
earned juggernaut ratings and left everyone gasping over the 'Who shot
J.R.?' cliffhanger. It was Dallas at its best. If you were going to
select only one season of the series to own this would be it."

THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS: SCARY GODPARENTS (reviewed by David Johnson,
overall score 82/100):
"Can Scary Godparents rinse out the bad taste that the endlessly
irritating School's Out left in my Fairly Oddparents palate? The short
answer: sort of."

GILLIGAN'S ISLAND: THE COMPLETE THIRD SEASON (reviewed by Dennis Prince,
overall score 95/100):
"Yes, the show is magnificently madcap and infectiously infantile, and
that's where its charm is to be found."

LAZYTOWN: NEW SUPERHERO (reviewed by David Johnson, overall score
87/100):
"From the opening sequence, which usually features Sportacus zipping
around in his blimp doing something pointless and active, to the closing
'silly words' song, this show has the hyperkinetic momentum of a toddler
freebasing Blow-Pops."

MAX AND RUBY'S HALLOWEEN (reviewed by Rob Lineberger, overall
score 72/100):
"How can an innocuous bunny sibling inspire such resentment in
mature adults?"

MCCLOUD: SEASONS ONE AND TWO (reviewed by Paul Corupe, overall
score 73/100):
"It isn't the concept, it's the quality of the show that matters most.
If McCloud proved anything in his seven-year run on NBC, it's that even
the most derivative archetype can be elevated from the doldrums of
mediocrity by excellent scripts and solid acting."

NICK JR. FAVORITES VOLUME 1 (reviewed by Lacey Worrell, overall
score 85/100):
"Out of all of these, Oswald is clearly the standout. Based on the
beloved series of books by author Dan Yaccarino, the gentle storylines
and enchanting, vivid animation are simply captivating."

A PUP NAMED SCOOBY DOO: VOLUME 2 (reviewed by Lacey Worrell, overall
score 80/100):
"It is clear the creators were going for a completely fresh take on the
show, and while they do not always succeed, it is an admirable effort."
