Haven't looked into this, but I supposed it depends on when the
changed name takes effect. If it changed straight away, then you won't
get new uploaders, if it only take effect when you make new
connections to another primary or to a secondary, then you get a drop
in uploaders after some time. If it only changed after you restart the
program, then it shouldn't affect anything. You can investigate it
yourself if you are interested.
