I understand, Greg. That sort of thing can happen. Maybe what you need is a
wallchart pinned up in front of you, saying something like "REMEMBER - DO
*NOT* DELETE POSTS BY ACCIDENT". That would ensure you wouldn't delete posts
by accident. Position it *beside* the wallchart reminding you not to
download from yourself, because if you pin it up OVER the other one, you'll
forget to not download from yourself.

I see what you're saying, Greg. I suggest you implement some sort of
procedure to remind yourself to get organized. A wallchart, say, which says
"START USING WALLCHARTS *NOW*".
