BT ADSL has a 256kbps upstream capacity which effectively gives about 25
kbytes/sec. You should set your winmx peer network bandwith at 10k
down/7.5k up and set a total upload bandwidth of 20-25 kbytes/s. That
will allow you 4-5 upload slots (1 per user).
