You can add the language set to your own system, if you know which of
several dozen to add.
But it will only be any good if you can read the language.
If you want a "babble-fish" type solution that changes it inside Winmx to
readable English, that is just not possible.
Give Mr. Gates a call and tell him that you don't like the way windoze
handles languages.
