The generally-agreed setting are to have no limit on downloads, but to
limit uploads to 85% of your real upload capacity.
You can measure your upload capacity here:
http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
Then divide the upload speed result by 8 and then multiply by 850 to
give the figure to input in Winmx.

This is assuming you aren't using your connecton for much else - you may
want to limit it a bit more while you do other browsing/downloads from
other software etc.
