Haven't seen much if any fake files since the changes from last fall.
I do see a good amount of "Busy"s but if you click on enough candidate
files you'll eventually hit one that will download. I also sometimes
end up in long queues like "Quewed 122" which I know are way too long
to expect to get the download. Likely it's just a user with a popular
song that many other users want, and thus getting overloaded.

Something else I have seen are some downloaders wishing to download
something from me timing out, while others, or the same ones via
differnt nodes successfully downloading. Can't find any configuration
mistakes on my end...

Be sure to set the "ANS" (or similar acroynim for automated repeat
searches) to "never". I've seen winmx get stuck in endless loops and
such before I did that. As suggested at one of the 2 help sites.
