Well Ray, I'm glad you appear to have come out of your coma (how long was
it?), but I have to wonder, if you already had the software installed, why
would you panic?
In any event, the closure of the WinMX website, as maintained by Front
Code, has been very well documented by just about any "news agency" you can
name. This newsgroup has also documented the almost-immediate resurrection
of the network, despite some initial squabbling between two parties
responding to this latest overblown crisis on the P2P front, with both
offering viable solutions.
If you're connecting (and haven't "patched" WinMX), then the next question
is - are you using OpenNap? Basically, if it's "like nothing is wrong",
then no need to panic.
