Any good mixing program (or DJ Mixer) will tell you what the BPM (beats
per minute) of your songs is. Very helpful when making workout
playlists. Unfortunately most are not cheap and few are free. You can
find some with google searches (try <mp3 bpm freeware> at google.com for
instance, but I can't tell you of any free ones I've had any personal
experience with.
I've used Mixmeister (versions prices begin at about $50) and know that
