I hate to nitpick, but based on that model, the system does NOT handle
everything for you - rather it passes onto you the responsibility to
net other users for spamming.

Cashretuns? Wouldn't Cashreturns be a better name, you moron? Why do
spammers think that people are as stupid today as they were 10 years
ago when the internet was new? Obviously they still are.

I say we put the top three in a room with a gun - let them tabulate how
many internet scams they've fallen for, what they've spent, and what
