Can anyone help me identify a website I came across a few months ago?

The sir purported to be the "ultimate guide to quality MP3 tagging" or
some such tagline. As I recall it was *very* prescriptive and arranged a
bit like an RFC document. Lots of detail, lots of examples.

It's more a case of being annoyed that I can't find the bloody thing than
needing any suggestions, but if anyone can put me out of my misery...
