I assume nothing to do with mp3's.

I'd try google with the exact message in quotes
then maybe an advanced google search / limiting groups

for example.

look up hosts in WinXpPro or [whatever operating system ] help

make sure you're running adaware/spybot/giant AntiSpyware/ & an
anti-virus program
