The format that you are talking about is AAC (iTunes) and you want to
convert it to MP3. What I recomend is searching the web for an AAC to
MP3 converter, or record out of your audio out. Doesn't iTunes let you
burn a CD of the music you download. If it is playable on a regular CD
player than you can just Burn it the rip it.
