The Dell DJ Jukebox is great, but if you damage it you must buy a new
device because Dell does not provide any repair options for a damaged
unit. My unit was damaged through an accidental drop on, and now when
I turn it on I hear a noise coming from the device so it sounds like
the harddrive was damaged. I did not expect a free replacement, but I
did expect Dell to provide some sort of repair service but they don't!
If you break it, they do not provide any repair options! This is
unfortunate because am MP3 player is not a desktop system and it will
be taken out into the world and will be subjected to harsh conditions.
Can anyone recommend a MP3 player that holds at least 20GB of music and
is provided by a company that provides repair services? I am not
interested in an iPod or any other Apple products.
Thanks,
Steve
