So you are now claiming to be which? If it is "newbie" you just
demonstrated enough knowledge to make that a very suspect claim. On the
other hand, if you had done as much research of this group as you claim
you would see that a large number of the arguments in the group have
arisen from threads that began with an iSomething or iOther, hence my
oblique reference to trolling.

I never said, by the way, that you were a troll. I did say that a person
could easily reach that conclusion. I was simply pointing out how out of
place your posts are.

Ah, so you do recognize sarcasm for what it is.

Had you also done as much searching of this newsgroup as you say you have
you would have seen that I often provide help when I can, even when
questions asked are not exactly on topic, and have been participating
here for some time doing exactly that.

However...when you ask a series of questions that are not on topic and
when you receive replies that give you ways to take care of the problem
you are having but state you don't want to do those things because you
want to "keep the format" that the files were in in the first place, it
is hard for me to buy your statement about arriving here because you are
in the process of ripping your CD collection to mp3. You haven't asked
one single question about mp3, your only reference to it was the
statement I refer to.
