I know 320kbps is basically the best quality for mp3s. But, since that
would mean encoding even silences at 320kb per second, I encode my mp3s on
Maximum Quality (VBR 0 in CDex's settings) as MPEG1 with a minimum bitrate
of 32kbps and a maximum of 320kbps
So, my question, is that the same quality as recording the entire mp3 at
320kbps or not. (And, if not, is there a better way to do this, or is
recording the whole thing at 320kbps the only way to get maximum quality?)
