It's difficult to find a program to do this, because it depends on the
MIDI voice library of the sound card.

The best way I found is to play the MIDI file through your sound card
and digitially record it simultaneously as WAV or MP3 via internal
loopback. Almost all sound cards and built-in sound chips support this
internal loopback - otherwise you have to use an external loopback
cable.

Try Audacity (open-source freeware) if you don't have good recording
program that can do this.
