1. you have many prepay options, from credit card to ultra-tinfoil-hat
anonymous cash

2. even if they don't come back, you're out $26. that means you used
$4 (obvious guy says). that is 40 songs, or 3 albums. conservative
album price: $10. you got your money's worth. plus there's a discount
for the whole album.

3. availability. well, sometimes they were slow to get new stuff on
their site -- but that's because the album the song was on wasn't
*released* yet. according to the Russion law they claim to be under,
they can't post a song until they buy the album. rules are rules. i
have found that some very odd stuff can't be found, too. but that's
true of any service currently out there. i-Tunes included. for
example -- try finding ninja rap by vanilla ice from teenage mutant
ninja turtles 2 (never said i had taste, just throwing an example out
there). the good thing about availability is if they decide there is a
group they like, they'll have EVERYTHING by that group (read: grateful
dead albums).

4. plum out of business? lets think this over. i don't know how many
people subscribe, but lets say the average pre-purchase is (my super
conservative) $20. this is also the MINIMUM purchase. multiply that
by 500,000 users, and you're at $10,000,000. yes, that's million. how
long do you think you could run a site given $10million dollars?
that's assuming no one comes back for more and they don't invest this
pre-pay.

5. who said they were targeting another country? your earlier comment
of "all russian to me" would imply they target russian speaking
countries. so which is it? russian or english? a little bit of
back-peddling to me. furthermore, you're implying (with no proof) that
all non-US sites will ultimately fail.

6. you're previous post's propaganda is very questionable. who are
you, really......
