Although their homepage is still not functioning, I was able to log
into the affiliate section of their site today

and it is fully functional. It seems almost certain that the site will
come back. I am inclinded to think that it was due to technical rather
than legal problems. Surely after so long in business, they would have
found a host who is willing to take the risk.
