1. Most burning programs will automatically decode MP3s to wave when
burning to an *audio* CD

2. If the files you want to burn are neither MP3 nor wave, you can
decode them yourself to wave and burn the waves to an audio CD

3. You can burn *any* format to a data CD but the resultant CD will only
play in a device capable of decoding them.
