Your unburnable formats are likely DRM WMA files. Burn these files to
CDA (Audio CD Track) format using Roxio Classic Creator. You can then
rip to WAV or a myriad of other formats should you desire to do so.
Converting MP3 to WAV?...Google search word "mp3 convert wave".

Burning audio to data CD is a bad idea. Good luck.
