CRIMES OF THE FUTURE, CRIMES OF THE PAST :
This is about the RIAA and the MPAA criminal organizations.
The RIAA and MPAA represent the name brand companies out there such as
Sony and Disney etc.....
They are currently involved in purchasing laws that protect their
business which is a communist way of staying in business. It's
communism to stay in business through sheer force of law.
To see the criminal activities of both of these organizations you
merely have to search through google.com.
For the RIAA you just have to search for ( RIAA PAYOLA ) or ( RIAA
PRICE FIXING )
For the MPAA ,their crimes are documented as far back as 1948 , here
are the links to their past crimes.
U.S. V. PARAMOUNT PICTURES, INC. , 334 U.S. 131 (1948)

Supreme Court case commonly referred to as the "Paramount Decision"
or "Paramount Decree" was the culmination of over 20 years'
pursuit by the U.S. government to end various monopolistic practices in
the motion picture industry.

Well 1948 was a long time ago , but it just goes to show , the MPAA has
always been a criminal organization just like the RIAA.

POLICE STATE UPDATE : Judges Can NOW JUST GUESS As To If You Are Guilty
Or Not Without Proof.

QUOTES :
......The changes also say judges may "estimate" the number of files
shared for purposes of determining the appropriate fine
and sentence.
Larger numbers typically yield longer sentences.
( So even if you did nothing, the judge will just take a guess, and
declare you guilty ,after receiving his "under the table" payola from
the MPAA/RIAA )
_________________________________________________________________
The law was supported by major media organizations, including the
Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA)
and the Recording Industry Association of America. (RIAA)
( Basically all those NAME BRANDS like Sony and Disney etc....)
It imposes fines of up to $250,000 and prison terms of up to three
years, regardless of whether any downloading of a prerelease work took
place.
( regardless of whether any downloading took place they will attempt to
impose fines of up to $250,000 and prison terms of up to three years )

Another change in the sentencing guidelines alters the definition of
"uploading" to make it clear that merely having a copyright file
available in a shared folder--such as those used by popular
file-swapping programs like Kazaa and BearShare--can count as illegal
distribution.
( So they literally change the meaning of words to something that suits
them more )
_________________________________________________________________
Under U.S. sentencing guidelines (PDF), the base offense level for
uploading infringing files is 12 but can be reduced to 10 if it is
noncommercial copyright infringement. The commission's emergency
amendment adds two points to the offense level, boosting a typical
sentence from six to 12 months to between 10 and 16 months if the
person had no prior criminal history.
( As if every download that they now just GUESS about was a sale. )
( These people want to take your life away over copies of copies where
no money even changed hands. )

What's really stupid is that the rest of the world could care less
about American Law.
And the internet is worldwide.
