Foobar2000 will fix Lame tags (which contain the VBR seek information)
such as those produced by CDex.

In Foobar2000
v0.8.3: Select "Fix MP3 header..." from the context menu(right click).
v0.9beta: Select "Utils > Fix MP3 header..." from the context menu
