I bought a Zen Touch 20GB MP3 player and everything was fine. I managed
to download 386 MP3 tracks and have 16872 MB of space left but I
suddenly couldn't transfer anymore tracks from my computer. I have
reset the MP3 player, downloaded new drivers from the Creative Site,
tried it all on another computer and still no luck.

If anyone else has had this problem please let me know. I can take it
back to the shop but I have spent so much time putting tracks on I am
reluctant until I ask for advice. I have also emailed customer services
at Creative to ask them to help.
