Settings where? In Winamp the display is governed by what you have set
in the configuration for the Nullspoft MPEG decoder (Plug-ins/Input).
My ancient Winamp uses only v1 tags but presumably the newest and
greatest also has a provision for v2 tags. Once loaded, you can also
easily sort in several ways.

IOW, your problem is caused by that old devil "User Error" :)
