Foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/) can do it, with LAME
(http://mitiok.cjb.net/).
Install Foobar2000, and unzip LAME.EXE into Foobar2000's folder.
Now you can load the songs into foobar2000, select the group you want to
convert, right-click, and choose "Convert". From the menu, choose the
appropriate LAME MP3 settings.
