Which raises the question, if you share that song, who exactly is
going to sue you (apart from the bad taste squad)? Surely
Madge/RIAA-equivalent can't take you to court for sharing a song they
no longer have the right to distribute, but the Belgian guy hasn't
actually got rights to the song either, he's just prevented Madge from
selling it in Belgium.

Hypothetical, and only applicable to Belgium, I know, but I wonder
about these things.
