Hey Scott...

As all the post indicate...theres a lot of varying options.

RIAA was going after individual users, now they're going after the
limewires, morpheus's....etc etc....I believe lately its been WinMX...

Going after the actual Peers...now, according to what I have read
online, they are still on the hunt for the "massive download file
sharers" people that have hard drives dedicated to music downloads.
Gigs of songs.

My personal opinion: they dont have the resources to watch all of
us...its just a matter of whom they choose to watch...
