It's one segment of a multi-part 'karaoke' file. What you're supposed to do
is string together about 10 of them using an MP3 editor, and add your own
musical accompaniment. And I can tell you, from personal experience, that
Bill sounds great on a 300-second "I did not have sex with that woman"
rap-jungle-ambient mix.
