I use WinCatalog Standard ( http://www.wincatalog.com ).

It can remember all your songs locations, even if they are on removable
media (CD, DVD, etc). Then you can rearrange your songs inside the
catalog, so you will easily access to each one. WinCatalog extracts ID3
tags and places Artist's name as a keyword.

Furthermore, it is possible to search for a song using AND, OR, NOT
operators. It is very useful. For example if you want to find only
Metallicas' Unforgivens, you may type "Metallica AND Unforgiven" and
search will return only Unforgiven and Unforgiven II.

If you want to exclude certain word from the search query, you have to
type NOT operator. For the previous example, the search query
"Metallica NOT Unforgiven" returns all Metallicas' songs except both
Unforgivens.

Plus WinCatalog can catalog not only MP3's, but all other files and
Audio CDs. So you get several tools in one.

It can generate flexible reports so you can print it or share it.
