Thanks for the response. I'm still not having any luck.

I don't see the option to create relative rather than absolute
pathnames.

Since the playlists were created from the device itself, I imagine
either should work anyway.

Do you know if the "Playlists" folder on the Neeon points to the
PLAYLIST folder viewable from the PC? I assume so, since this is where
the playlists are being created. Nothing I've tried allows me to see
the playlists from the device.

Any other ideas?
