I'm afraid the guy at Best Buy has misunderstood.
Normally a playlist is a facility to store a list of tracks as a text file,
and the player will play tracks (regardless of where they are stored) in the
order specified.

The Zen Nano cannot do that as it only plays tracks folder by folder (unless
in Random mode). However, what you can do is use the Creative PC software
supplied to create a folder that contains the tracks you want in the order
you want them. If you have the same track in 2 or more of these
pseudo-playlists the track is stored separately for each one, whereas with a
true playlist the music is only stored once.
