The big selling point for me is the removable battery. iPod battery is
sealed. That's planned obsolesce. You get a couple years of use out of it
and then its junk. Apple will replace the battery at about 1/2 the original
cost....... but 2 years from now a new iPod will probably be a better
deal. You can use the iRiver forever ( at least in theory)
