I've had mine for about 2 weeks now the gact that's it drag and drop is a
real boon but it can't handle playlists (despite it saying it does) and the
Netac website is crap as is the support (sent 2 emails re: the playlist
problem and no reply as of yet) oh and no user replaceable battery.
I'm not sure about the sync issue haven't tried doing this yet.
Just in case the above link doesn't work just google imuz C700 and you
should find some info on the player.
