Okay, I confess I'm losing track of the few fighting back, but I think
this is the first I've heard of the "non-working computer" defense -
which means she can't be the woman who tried to claim she was "only
sampling" the songs. If it's true you "get the best defense money can
buy", then someone should start taking up a collection.
