Thanks TB, I do appreciate the input. I am obviously new to all of
this. There's a lot to read and they put it in about 500 different
spots so it's very confusing. For me, all I want is a way to listen to
songs by transferring them to my MP3 player and play them indefinetely.
Whether they are .MP3 or .WMA appears to not be an issue for my
particular MP3 player. I will keep in mind the potential for loss
because of having to switch computers periodially. It does sound like
the best bet after reading through everything you wrote is to just buy
my own CD's and transfer them to my MP3 myself. Forgoes the "what if"
part of buying singles online.

I'm not exactly sure why CQ is so antagonistic towards my questions but
I am only simply trying to figure out the best thing to do. I "issued"
the FYI simply because that is what I was told by a Wal-Mart operator.
So anybody else reading the FYI, keep that in mind, it was simply what
I was told, I do not know the veracity of the statement that was given
to me by the operator. I was simply saying that Wal-Mart appears to be
okay for the question I asked, and that was whether or not I can buy
songs and transfer them to my MP3 player without losing them (like you
would with Napster to Go).
